MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING VALIR

Valir began work as a family company in 2001.

We have worked in maintenance sicne 2004.

Under current maintenance services we list the following:
- Electric installations
- Water installations
- Plumbing
- Locksmithing repairs
- Painting interior building walls
- Cleaning corridors

All of our services are performed by our own employees.

Working hours of our company are:
8AM - 4PM

For emergency interventions we are available nonstop.

We also do interventions per building supervisor's directions.

Those services include:
- Construction works
- Repairs
- Adaptation
- Sanation
- Final works
- Concrete works
- Overview or hydro isolation of rooms etc.

We also manage residential communities.

For construction we offer the same type of work unless we are on a time limit because clients who have a contract with us take priority.
