at Srebrno Jezero
Srebrno jezero is a lake on the right bank of the Danube and represents its former river arm, which today is closed by two dams. It is located in the Braničevo district in eastern Serbia, two kilometers from Veliki Gradište. It has an average width of 300 m, and an average length of 14 km. The lake itself is in a wide small valley of the Danube, but it is surrounded by hills of 282 meters to the north (Gorica hill), 362 meters to the south (Lipovača hill), while the entire western part of the valley is closed by Veliko brdo and its highest peak (324 m Anatem). The confluence of the Pek River with the Danube, known for its reverse flow during high water levels, is located south of the lake. The historical sites of the medieval city-fortress in Golupac and Ram are also near the lake, as the source of Hajdučka voda. As a result of the growing popularity of the lake, it has recently been advertised as the "Serbian Sea". Silver lake resort is a reserve on Silver Lake and is the first tourist reserve with congress, sports, tourist and recreational facilities, and it covers about 320 hectares. It includes accommodation, an aqua park, a tourist boat, a restaurant and cafe, villas and an apartment complex, tennis courts, a marina, as well as entertainment, recreation and health zones.Would you like your company to be in our business catalogue?
