In the last ten years tourism has been neglected in our country, and also KOLIBA hotel. In march of 2003, the hotel got the private owner and the general reconstruction of the existing rooms began and also construction of new rooms. The hotel now has the accommodation capacity of receiving 700 guests, depandans with over 100 beds in double bed, three bed and more beds bedrooms (all rooms have TWC), the aperitif room, café-bar with a fire place and glass winter garden, a fun salon… The construction of 33 more suites is in the finishing phase, the suites will be equipped according to the European standards of the hotel management.
