ETHNO VILLAGE VRHPOLJE

Vrhpolje ethno-village with its surroundings, is the tourism pearl of Azbukovica, that with open heart, beauty and hospitality, local cuisine, customs and traditions of Serbian villages expects guests throughout the year. You can reach the ethno-village fastly coming from Belgrade (190 km), Novi Sad (190 km), Bajina Basta (40 km) and Uzice (66 km) by Drina highway to Ljubovija. Soko City, a symbol of invincibility of the Serbian people, today is the Orthodox shrine, dedicated to Bishop Nikolai Velimirovic. Monastery has been hosting youth from the Serbian diaspora, participants of the traditional events, related to the Serbian tradition moba for several years.
