It is the perfect choice for a family vacation, a weekend getaway from the city, or a peaceful retreat with friends. Covering approximately 90 m², the property offers complete privacy, as guests reserve the entire house rather than individual rooms.

The accommodation features two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a hallway. Outside, you'll find a well-maintained private yard, providing the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors, enjoying meals, or spending quality time with family and friends.

The house can accommodate up to five adults. Sleeping arrangements include a large single bed, a double bed, and a king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds if needed. Families traveling with young children can also request two portable cribs suitable for children up to two years of age.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, Nescafé coffee machine, and all the necessary cookware, utensils, and kitchen essentials for everyday use. Guests also have access to a portable barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining and summer evenings.

The property is situated in a quiet street with very little traffic, approximately 200 meters from the main road, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenient access. A well-maintained riverside beach is located less than 100 meters away, while a police station is situated at the same distance. A bus stop is just 150 meters from the house, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and nearby attractions.

Guests arriving by car have access to two private parking spaces—one located in front of the house next to the fence, and another inside the private yard.
