Vila Matija is located at 10 minutes from the city center, near or far enough away from the noise. Surrounded by pines and a large courtyard that allows your children to play, and you rest. At your disposal there are three apartments, one studio and one bungalow. Studio and one bedroom apartment with direct entrance from the yard, and one and two bedroom (duplex) have a common entrance on the other side of the building. Each suite has a home theater, and each room TV, and Wi-Fi. The apartments have fully equipped kitchen.
