1. How and at what moment did you come up with the idea to start your own business?
My company is a family craft shop with a tradition spanning over forty years, so it was somehow always expected that I would stay in that business.
2. Have you always wanted to pursue your current profession?
Of course not, that didn't stop me from educating myself in the direction that interested me, to develop outside of the family business.
3. What are you proud of in your business?
In this business, I stayed out of respect for my parents and out of love for the craftsmanship I grew up with.
4. What is the secret of your success? (mention three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
The secret to success in private business is patience, dedication, and continuous improvement.
5. How understanding has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
My biggest support is my family. I learned from the best, my father, he is my eternal inspiration and role model.
6. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur rather than being employed in a company?
Sometimes it's not easy being a female entrepreneur, few days off, I always have to be at work, regardless of circumstances, but on the other hand, it provides freedom, personal development, and independent decision-making in business.
7. Where exactly do you see yourself in 5 years?
In five years, I see myself right in the same place, with the same enthusiasm and desire for progress. I would be happy if at least one of my two sons were with me, choosing their own path in life.
