Firm Nikitiovic, from Tuckovo was founded on March 3-rd, 1993. Since 1998 the primary work of the firm has been restaurant management and work with Merak restaurant. In 2002. Merak motel officially began to work. Both the firm and the motel Merak is owned by the Nikitovic family from Tuckovo. The family consists of 11 members presently. Merak motel is on the main road Belgrade-Sarajevo (on half the way Cacak-Pozega), on about 170 kilometers from Belgrade. In a direct proximity of about a couple of kilometers in Ovcar-Kablar gorge, there is Serbian Holly Mountain, with 9 medieval monasteries.
